Briana Mercado
Administrative Lead
Briana began her dental career in orthodontics in 2020 and transitioned seamlessly into general dentistry in early 2023. As our Front Office Lead, she brings a welcoming presence to the practice, greeting every patient with warmth and sincerity. She values building genuine relationships and strives to make each visit to the dentist a positive, comfortable experience. Briana also takes pride in supporting our Spanish-speaking patients by clearly communicating treatment plans and helping ensure they receive the care they need.
Originally from West Tennessee, Briana moved to Knoxville in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the area’s natural beauty and diverse community. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in 2019 and chose to make Knoxville home with her college sweetheart, Alex.
Outside of work, Briana enjoys reading, traveling, sports, and anything music-related. She especially loves spending quality time with family and friends—and her playful puppy, Gio, who keeps life fun and full of energy.
